Honestly? We've created something pretty special here. Treatments that actually work, spaces that help you breathe easier, and a team that genuinely knows their stuff.
Look, we're not gonna tell you our spa will change your entire life in one session. But what we can say is that after 10 years of working with guests from all over, we've figured out what actually helps people relax versus what just sounds fancy on a menu.
Our therapists aren't just certified - they're intuitive. They listen. Sarah, who heads up our treatment team, spent years studying traditional techniques across Asia before settling here in Whistler. She'll tell you herself that half the healing happens when you're just lying there, breathing in the mountain air through our open-concept relaxation areas.

Outdoor Pools
Each one's been refined over the years based on what guests keep coming back for. No fluff, just what works.
90 minutes - $285
We use locally sourced river stones heated to the perfect temp. It's kinda amazing how something so simple can melt away tension you didn't even know you were carrying. Great for after skiing or hiking.
75 minutes - $225
This one's personal to us. We blend cedar, pine, and fir oils from the surrounding forests. Guests say it's like being wrapped in the mountain itself. The massage technique focuses on your breathing - you'll leave feeling clearer.
120 minutes - $580
Private suite with dual massage tables and a mountain view that's honestly distracting in the best way. Includes access to our couples-only hot spring pool. It's become a popular anniversary thing.
60 minutes - $195
Mountain air's great but it can be harsh on skin. We developed this with a dermatologist who lives here year-round. Deep hydration, gentle exfoliation, and products that actually protect against wind and elevation.
60 minutes - $210
For the serious athletes and weekend warriors. Deep tissue work that actually addresses muscle fatigue. Marcus, our sports therapist, used to work with Olympic teams. He doesn't go easy on you, but you'll thank him later.
90 minutes - $240
Full-body clay wrap using mineral-rich glacial clay from BC. Sounds fancy, but it's really just earth doing what it does best. Draws out impurities, leaves your skin incredibly soft. You'll nap through most of it.
This is where people spend hours without realizing it. It's a circuit designed to work with your body's natural rhythms - hot, cold, rest, repeat. Trust the process.
Three outdoor pools ranging from 98 to 104 degrees. The hottest one overlooks the valley - that's where you'll find the regulars at sunset. Water's sourced from natural mineral springs below the property.
Yeah, it's cold. Really cold. But here's the thing - after 30 seconds the endorphin rush is real. We keep it at 50 degrees. First-timers always look at us like we're crazy, then they're back the next day.
Traditional Finnish sauna gets up to 185 degrees - that's the one for purists. The infrared's gentler at 140 but penetrates deeper. Both have huge windows looking into the forest. Very peaceful, very sweaty.
We pump in fresh eucalyptus essence every morning. It's carved into the natural rock face of the mountain - feels a bit like being in a cave. Amazing for clearing your head and your sinuses after a day on the slopes.
Daily Wellness Classes
Complimentary for spa guests
We're not all about lying still. Some folks need to move to truly relax, y'know? So we've got a full schedule of classes that range from gentle to challenging.
6:30 AM daily on our outdoor deck. Bring a sweater - mornings are crisp. Lisa's been teaching here for 8 years and knows how to ease you into the day.
10 AM and 4 PM. Just 20 minutes but they'll teach you techniques you can actually use at home. No weird chanting, just practical stuff.
Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Small groups, reformer machines available. It's a workout but everyone's supportive - no judgment zone.
Saturdays at 2 PM. Basically a slow, mindful walk through the trails with a guide who points out stuff you'd never notice. Sounds simple but it's weirdly profound.
We've bundled these to make booking easier and honestly to give you better value. They're based on what people actually book together, not some marketing gimmick.
4 hours of pure restoration
7 hours of complete escape
Two-day immersive experience
First time at our spa? Here's the lowdown so you're not walking in blind:
Show up 20 minutes early. Yeah, we know everyone says that, but it actually matters here. You'll change into a robe, stash your stuff in a locker, and have time to start relaxing before your treatment.
Robes, slippers, towels, all the toiletries you might need. We've got lockers with actual good locks. Hair dryers, straighteners - the works. Leave your stuff at home.
Keep it quiet in the thermal areas - people are genuinely trying to decompress. Phones are banned in treatment spaces (seriously, leave it in the locker). Swimsuits required in all water areas.
Open 7 AM to 9 PM daily. Last treatments book at 7:30 PM. Thermal areas stay open until 10 PM on weekends for hotel guests.
Choose your date and we'll get back to you within a few hours to confirm availability and timing.
