Look, we're not gonna pretend we invented fine dining, but what we do have is access to some of the best ingredients you'll find anywhere in BC. Our chef likes to keep things straightforward - taking what's fresh and seasonal, then treating it with respect.
The dining room's got floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the valley, and yeah, it's pretty spectacular during sunset. We've got this massive stone fireplace that makes winter evenings feel extra cozy, and the whole space just flows naturally between intimate corners and communal areas.

We change things up based on what's actually good right now. Here's what you might find when you visit.
This one's kind of our signature. BC salmon's already incredible on its own, so we just enhance it with a honey-miso glaze, some seasonal vegetables from the valley, and a wild mushroom reduction. It's been on the menu since we opened because people won't let us take it off.
"Best salmon I've had outside of my grandmother's kitchen." - Guest from Vancouver
When it's cold outside, this is what you want. We braise these ribs for hours with local craft beer and aromatics until they're falling apart. Served over creamy polenta with roasted root vegetables. It's comfort food that doesn't apologize for being rich.
"Ordered it three nights in a row. No regrets." - Guest from Toronto
We're lucky to work with some amazing organic farms nearby. The vegetarian and vegan dishes aren't afterthoughts here - they're just as carefully crafted as everything else. Think heirloom tomato tarts, roasted cauliflower steaks with chimichurri, hand-made pastas with seasonal pesto.
"Finally, vegetarian food that doesn't feel like a consolation prize." - Guest from Seattle
Our sommelier curates a wine list that focuses heavily on BC and Pacific Northwest wines - because why wouldn't we? That said, we've got some European selections for those who want 'em.
The bar team makes cocktails using house-made syrups and local spirits. The "Mountain Mule" with BC vodka and ginger is dangerously easy to drink. We've also got a solid selection of craft beers from nearby breweries.
Non-drinkers aren't forgotten either. Our mocktail menu's actually creative, not just juice with fancy garnishes.
Continental buffet plus made-to-order eggs, pancakes, and our ridiculous French toast. Coffee's strong, views are better.
Saturdays & Sundays, 2-4 PM. Scones, finger sandwiches, pastries, and a selection of fine teas. It's fancier than you'd expect.
Dinner reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Breakfast and lunch are walk-in, but we can hold a table if you call ahead.
Got a special occasion or need a private space for your group? We've got a separate dining room that seats up to 24 people, with its own entrance and mountain views. Works great for anniversary dinners, business meetings, or family gatherings.
We'll work with you on a custom menu and can accommodate pretty much any dietary requirement with advance notice.
We partner with over 15 local farms and producers. Most of our ingredients come from within 100km of the hotel.
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary accommodations aren't a problem. Just let us know what you need.
